Tucher Bajuvator Doppelbock (Tucher)

This doppelbock is really nice and creamy malt liquor. I had this one out of a bottle.

From the Tucher site:
"Tucher Bajuvator Doppelbock is brewed each year during Germany’s Starkbier ('strong beer') season according to a time-honored recipe.

This seasonal Tucher specialty is dark in color and is a genuine pleasure for beer aficionados, thanks to its particularly spicy flavor."

General Thoughts: This beer is super creamy. It's a nice dark brown. It pours with a nice head that settles quickly. It has a light aftertaste. It's a bit sweet with a nice bitter taste after a bit, and it ends on a bit of a sweet note. It has a bit of caramel taste too. It doesn't have a strong smell, just a light slightly malty aroma. It has a little carbonation, but it's not too strong.
