Roasted Sweet Potatoes
This is simple, but a nice standard.
Ingredients
Chop the sweet potato into 1-in cubes. Mix in a bowl (or the cooking dish) with the cumin, red pepper flakes and sea salt. Use as much seasoning as you like, it's all based on your tastes. Add in a drizzle of olive oil and honey. Just use a small bit, and mix to coat. You can always add more, but you really just want to barely coat it.
Cook covered in a 400 degree oven until the potatoes are soft (around a half hour).

Honey (I like Buckwheat Honey for a more earthy taste)
