Tani's Tomatillo Salsa

This was interesting because I winged it. Then I looked online to see if there was something I missed, and I found I was on target. I will say that I only used what was in the house, so when I made it no cilantro was added, but I think it would be good.

Ingredients
10 or so tomatillos 
half a red onion
2 jalapenos
1 chipotle
1 poblano pepper
1 green tomato
salt, oregano and pepper
a bit of lime juice (why not?)
handful of cilantro 

Wash everything thoroughly. Blend it all up in the food processor until it's smooth. Have it as chunky as you want. Taste frequently to make sure :) You can let it simmer on the stove to thicken if you wish.
