Cenotaph (Three Floyds)

This beer began my post Christmas celebration at Three Floyds on the 26th. I did enjoy this beer last week at the pub with a couple of friends of mine, but this was my "serious" review on the matter.

From the menu:
"A medium-bodied single hop pale ale showcasing Citra hop from the Yakima Valley, USA."

General Thoughts: This poured from the tap with a nice white head. It's an amber-gold color. It had a spicy aroma. With my unrefined tastes, I get a hint of cardamom and allspice. It has an acidity to it that gives it a very light flavor. It's earthy and warming (which is weird because it isn't thick or heavy). The taste hits all the flavors as it rolls to the back of the tongue. It ends bitter. Great lacing.
