Saison de Dottignies (Brouwerij De Ranke)
This was a nice Belgian Saison. I had it on tap at The Publican. It went very well with my dessert. It was a great way to end my meal.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: In the lighting it looked like it was gold. It had a white creamy head. You could smell the yeast.
Taste: It was light but creamy. It had an acidity to it with a dry aftertaste.
I couldn't find anything for this one on their site. It seems similar to the Guldenberg, but that's not what the menu said.
