Murphy's Draught Style Stout (Murphy Brewery/Heineken International)
This Irish stout is always a 2nd for a Guinness for me. I got four cans of this along with a pack of Guinness and a pack of Boddington's.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: Creamy, tan, 2.5 finger head with a nice pour. The settling is just as lovely to watch as any other cream ale. It was black with a roasted malt aroma.
Taste: The roast was the first taste. It was bitter and creamy. A nice stout. Light carbonation after it settled. Nice standard comforting stout.
I was going to try to dig around their site for some description of the beer, but either every knows, or they are targeting people who don't care.
