Midway IPA (Goose Island)

General Thoughts
Look and Smell: It was a gold-ish-amber brew with a white head. It smelled of pine. Earthy hops.
Taste: I could taste the bitterness and earthiness from the hops. It was sappy. The sap and earth was that pine that matched the smell. It had a bitter aftertaste. I got a hint of citrusy flavors as it warmed up.
From the Goose Island menu:
A pub-brewed India Pale Ale that yields a higher gravity and slightly deeper hue than our perennial IPA, making it "MID WAY" between the IPA and the Imperial IPA.
