Closure (Greenbush)

This pale ale is one of the standard Greenbush offerings, but according to the description the hops differ based on the batch. Summit and fuggle were used for this one, and it worked for me. It was a good combination.

General Thoughts
Look and Smell: It was gold/straw colored. It had a frothy white head with heavy lacing. I couldn't smell much over the bar.

Taste: The first, middle and last tastes were hops. It was earthy and floral. You get the bitter from the summit and the earthy from the fuggle. To me it was like sucking on a hibiscus. It was a fantastic hop combo. The proportions were just right! I wouldn't mind trying to make a clone of this pale ale.
