Where Lizards Dare (Figure 8)

I ordered this divine IPA for the cascade and happened to support a good cause. F8's Philanthropint project donates a percentage of the sales of this IPA to a chosen non-profit organization. This month the donation will support Shoreline's Stout and Chops fundraiser for Pancreatic Cancer Research. You can buy a pint, or throw some money in the mouth of a creepy bearded Muppet (I kid you not).

General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This frothy-headed brew was copper-ish. It left moderate to heavy lacing as I drank it. The hops are the main smell (as they should be). I still did get a little malt sweetness.

Taste: Chill-inducing cascade. Just what I was after. The pine-ness the bitterness. This is a craveable IPA. And who can turn down a pint with a donation to a good cause?

According to the tap list this batch was at 4% ABV.

From the F8 site:
A single India Pale Ale created from a simple blend of malts and an overabundance of centennial bitters, finished with cascade and more centennial for a crisp, citrus hoppy taste.
