Pirate's Pils (Figure 8)

I generally don't reach for a pilsner when I'm grabbing a beer. But pilsers have a light flavor and weight that make them good summer brews. The best ones for me are crisp and dry with little aftertaste. Figure 8 has a good record, I ordered a half pint of this pils.

General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This had a richer color than I expected. it was golden. The thin head was made of tiny bubbles. I didn't smell much.

Taste: This was very light in flavor. It was slightly sweet with a bitter spike. It was richer in consistency than expected. It was almost thick. It had a lager-y aftertaste. It was better than some.
