Look and Smell: The hop oils made for a very thick and dense head. It was a straw-colored brew. It smelled musky and like a freshly opened bag of hops.
Taste: This brew gave me chills at the taste of it. It was musky, fruity, and earthy. It had a bitter spike. It was floral like over-steeped tea. It was hops in a glass. A range of hops that complemented each other well. Yum.
From the F8 site:
A pale creamy head lingers and laces the sides of the glass atop this hop lover's dream which piles in Polaris, Cluster, and Perle hops to produce a sweet nose with floral, citrus, and pine tones; a medium malt body; and a crisp bitter finish - delightful.
