Horse Collar (One Trick Pony)
I had a glass of this Rye IPA on tap at the One Trick Pony tasting room. I chose it after trying a sip of their selection for that day. It was a nice, earthy, hoppy pick. Something to sip while you take the world in.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This golden-amber brew had a thick and frothy white head. It left heavy lacing as I drank it down. While the stinky Pier One potpourri bags got in the way of the smell, I could smell the nice rye spices.
Taste: It was spicy, hoppy, it fit the type. It was a piney type of hop. It left a dry aftertaste. It is one worth ordering again, assuming they make it again.
