Black Lager (Bischoff)

General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This black brew had a thick, off-white head. It left light lacing as I drank it down. It smelled of earthy malts and hops.
Taste: It was a sweet lager. It was thick and malty. It was balanced. It was a good example of a traditional schwarzbier. It was like a Kƶstritzer.
From the Bischoff site:
A classic German "Schwarzbier" or "Black Beer" with a traditional black color and a full but mild taste.
