Bobblehead (Evil Czech)
This American Wheat was a stark contrast to the Imperial IPA. I wanted to enjoy the range of Evil Czech brew. It was a nice beer to enjoy sitting on the patio that warm spring evening.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This gold brew had a white bubbly head that left a layer on the top as I drank it down. It left light lacing on the glass.
Taste: It was light. It was malty. I got a honey and light citrus flavor. It seemed like a good golden ale with just a little of that wheat heartiness. I'd drink it again on a hot summer day.
From the Evil Czech:
Bobblehead presents a bright golden shade with the slight haze associated with an unfiltered wheat beer. The head is bright, white, and lingers on the glass. Bobblehead features hints of lemon and a very crisp, bright flavor resulting from the excellent balance of malts and hops.
