Art of Muse (Hunter's Brewing)
This American Pale Ale was really something special. It was a light summer brew with a balance of bitter and sweetness. A refreshing change from the hoppy ales or thick stouts. It was good enough to give a growler as a gift. I'm sure it tapped out fast. I'll be keeping an eye out for its return.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This gold brew had a white ring of head that lingered. It smelled like a bright musky fruit.
Taste: The bitterness was that of over-steeped white tea. It was peachy. My mouth is actually watering as I write this. It was subtly sweet on multiple levels (fruitiness from the hops and earthy-sweet from the malt).
