Citrine Dreams (Hunter's)
I enjoyed a pour of this from the tap at Hunter's at the end of last month. It was one of the reasons I came in. They really know how brew an IPA. This was brewed with the hard-to-get Citra hop. (With the high demand for Citra, it's hard to get in bulk.)
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This gold brew had a thick, frothy, white head. The hop oils left a thick lacing on the glass. It smelled tropical like passion fruit.
Taste: It was musky and fruity. There was no hiding the Citra. It was a chill-inducing brew. It was bitter and pithy. It was a nice addition to their IPA list.
