HB EXP 03 (Hunter's)

For the sake of record keeping and documentation I feel the need to write about Hunter's HB EXP 03. This Green Chile brew was enjoyed without proper documentation. How dare I? Did I enjoy the smooth maltiness too much to take down notes? Did the slight burn and fresh chile flavor distract me from the English language? Was my mind clouded with ooohs and ahhs? Who knows?

So here it is, in words, a record on the Internet for prosperity.... This beer is delicious. As expected true to style. The southwest flavors meld into perfection. It works well with hummus or cheeses. It would stand up to a citrusy salad or meat. Makes me want lemon chicken.
