Why Norway?
When I tell people that I'm headed to Norway for a much-needed vacation, I often get the response, "Why Norway?" Why not?
Why wouldn't you want to visit a country with imposing and majestic fjords, green landscape, and blue skies? Why wouldn't you want to eat fresh, local, natural foods straight from the seas, farms, or kitchens? Why wouldn't you want to see collections of gamle (old) structures perfectly preserved and learn about an ancient way of life? Why wouldn't you want to be surrounded by tradition, culture, and respect for land and others?
People say you can get this other places, but why not Norway?
