Red IPA (Lysefjorden)
to ourselves. They were quite tapped out, but I was able to get a pour of this Red IPA.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: The frothy off-white head stuck around and left thick lacing on the glass. This red brew had a malty smell with floral and earthy hops.
Taste: The taste was malty and earthy. It had a worty-ness to it that was nice and lingering. It was delicious alone or with a lamb sandwich
