25 Drink: Barrel-Aged & Toasted

Day 12 was another barrel-aged brew from Hunter's. This English Mild ale had enough toasted and malty goodness to stand up to the barrel flavors.

It was definitely a lighter brew, not a full-fledged winter warmer. But between the toasty malts and the woody barrel, it fits the bill of a winter brew.

While you can't find this one on the shelf, you can grab a pale mild off the shelf for that toasty goodness.
