25 Drinks: These are a few of my favorite meads....

Day 4 brings me one of my favorite meads, New Day's Breakfast Magpie. I discovered it a few years ago and can't get enough of it. I almost didn't try it. The sound of it....black raspberry and espresso....but it's amazing. It's roasted and smoky. It's boozy and thick. The It's a perfect December mead. Heck, it's a perfect April drink. The black raspberry flavor comes through fresh and juicy.

It made an appearance in the box last year, and I had to throw it in again. (full 2015 post)

I randomly throw bottles in and number it later, so when I hit something like this, it's a nice treat.
