25 Drinks: Traditional Triple

Day 10 brought us a traditional Belgian triple. Gouden Carolus Triple has a clean flavor with a bit of apple crispness and a touch of spices. It's a little boozy, effervescent, and uplifting. It's lighter than some of my boozy box surprises, but a proper winter warmer.

It was great for a cold Saturday at home watching FilmStruck and their curated Criterion Collection.

A spelling note: The bottle has "triple" all over the bottle. The website has "tripel". The spelling is all over for this one. I've even seen trippel. It really depends.
