Japance Off (Denver Beer Co)
The first time this brew touched my lips was in a beer and cookie pairing. It went wonderfully with a ginger molasses treat. After that, I needed more. Sake yeast? French Saison? Yes to all of that!
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This pale yellow brew has an effervescence that doesn't quit. The delicate aroma has a bit of spice to go with the intense tropical fruit.
Taste: It's a little tart, a little spice, a little rich, but refreshing. The richness is followed by a dry lemon acidity. It would be good for summer. Good with fish. Good with...life.
