Centennial Martyr (Thr3e Wise Men)

I had this Double IPA on tap at Thr3e Wise Men in Indy. It was nice to compare this with the taster I had of their Golden Zoe IPA.

General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This gold-amber brew had a bubbly white head. I could smell the somewhat floral hops.

Taste: It was smooth. I could taste the honey. It took me a bit to place it. It went well with the floral hops and light malt. It ended bitter, which was a great combination for me. I could drink this brew all day.

From the Thr3e Wise Men site:
Color: Amber to medium red
ABV: 8.00%
IBU: 92
Features: clover honey from hunter's honey farm in martinsville, indiana and amarillo hops
