Blueberry Wheat (Crown Brewing)
I had a 10 oz pour of this fruit beer as dessert for the evening. After my good experience with Mad Anthony's blueberry ale, I figured I'd give it a shot.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: It was gold with a very thin head. It smelled like sweet, ripe, blueberries. It had very light lacing.
Taste: When I drank it, I got a mouthful of berries. Some wheat came through. It was okay. It wasn't overly sweet and syrupy.
From the menu:
Our refreshing Weizenhammer Weiss beer flavored with all-natural blueberries for a surprisingly fruity nose and palate.
