Cassidy (Hunter's Brewing)
From what I remember, this was the first Hunter's brew to be tapped on nitro. I can imagine that would be deliciously smooth for this Irish Stout. I had a small pour of this, regular tap, as I was working through the four beers on their menu I had not yet tried. With the ever-changing tap selection, going to this spot is always a nice adventure.
My notes are a bit terse. I was catching up with a friend.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: This black brew had a thick tan head and a super roasted aroma.
Taste: It was a creamy brew. The roast was a nice balance to the malty sweetness. I thought this sweeter than the Porter County.
