Kincardine (Cumberland Brewery)
I'm still on the quest for the perfect Scotch/Scottish Ale. Robert the Bruce, Kilt Lifter, and the never-to-be-found-again McEwan's are ones that I've found along the way, but it doesn't hurt to keep looking.
General Thoughts
Look and Smell: Dark red almost brown ale with a short white/tan head. I could smell the malt sugars and grain.
Taste: It was a standard Scottish Ale. The aftertaste was malty sweet. I'd definitely order it again at Cumberland.
The Cumberland site is pretty minimal. No fancy descriptions.
